MISSION STATEMENT: Unidos was chartered to improve the quality of life of underserved and marginalized communities through education, safety, and equity initiatives while exemplifying unity and local investment.
We are a 501c3 charitable organization located in the heart of Allentown PA. We develop our programs by building strong relationships with our community. Valuing their lived experiences and insight on what is needed to achieve a better quality of life. The individuals apart from our organization have invested years of service in our community and at times been served by these same services. Unidos understands that to achieve stability for our community, we need to be adaptable to the changing world. Continue to develop community partnerships and respond to the needs of the ones we serve even if it does not fit the status quo. Unidos is the community and the community is Unidos. The Unidos Foundation's Global Mission: There are so many things our children are blessed to have here in the US that many children around the world do not, like celebrating their birthdays. Our founder was inspired by her son and daughter, ages 6 and 4 at the time, who dreamt of helping other children celebrate their birthdays. They'd love to be able to count on your donation of $500 to become a Global Ambassador and help get CelebraTutti Birthday Boxes to children living in orphanages in the Dominican Republic. Each birthday box includes a gift, cake, balloons, personalized birthday card, and party goods themed just for them.
